Please do not include confidential information in a website enquiry until we have confirmed that we can act for you. To protect our enquiry form from spam, it uses Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA checks that the form is being sent by a person and not an automated program. To do this, it collects information about your device and how you use the form, such as your IP address and browser details, and sends it to Google, which may store and process it outside Australia, including in the United States. Google’s use of this information is governed by its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. We keep client files for as long as we are required to under our professional and legal obligations, and then destroy them securely.
Access and Correction
You can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will respond within a reasonable time. In some cases the law allows us to refuse access, and if so we will tell you why.
