He possesses a vast level of experience in commercial and Non Commercial background which includes an addition to his legal qualifications from overseas as Bachelor of Laws and his GDLP from Sydney University; he also possesses Bachelor of Commerce, Master of Commerce and also M.B.A from the University of Technology (UTS). He has 7 years of commercial experience working at Telstra including 1 year working with the senior Telstra In-house Counsel where he gained in-depth knowledge in the area of Commercial Litigation, Contract review, Dispute resolution and contract negotiations.  As part of Telstra Legal team, he has attended in several Federal court litigation matters including High Court.

Prior to be part of Peerzada and Associate, Mr Irfan worked with mid-size law firm in Sydney for 6 months and also worked as an Associate for 2.5 years in a small practice in Auburn where he has excelled his skills in all areas of law including Family, Commercial, Property, Civil Litigation, Dispute resolution, Criminal and Immigration Law prior to becoming Principal Solicitor at Peerzada & Associates.  Moreover, Mr Irfan is also actively engaged in the community and have provided his services to Community Legal Centres and other support centres to work with the community and assist them with their legal issues. 

In addition; Mr Irfan also assisted a very large number of clients to AAT and Federal Court for the review and have a very long track record of success. 

Mr Irfan is dedicated to serving the community, and with his friendly approach and ability to resolve complex legal issues, he has been well regarded in the community. He speaks multiple languages and can communicate fluently in Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu languages.
